Established in October 2023, Possabilitys Plus provides person-centred, self-directed supports for children and adults with disabilities from their own home across Adelaide and the southern suburbs.

By recognising the natural authority of each person and their family, we support individuals to design and co-manage their NDIS-funded support arrangements.

We empower people to live a meaningful life by focusing on their strengths, interests, aspirations, and hopes – building connections, promoting active citizenship, and working collaboratively with their natural support network (Circle of Support).
